Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my dog's own food?

Absolutely! We highly encourage pets remain on the food they eat at home while they are boarding. This minimizes the stress on your pet and is less likely to result in an upset stomach.

If your pet runs out of food during their stay or you forget your pet's food at home, we offer Purina Pro Complete Essentials - Shredded Blends for Adult dogs.

Can I bring my pet's bed, toys, blanket, etc.?

We provide all that your pet needs at our facility. You can just bring their food. This eliminates the chance of items getting misplaced/lost/soiled/damaged, etc.

If you would like to bring a blanket or bed that brings your pet comfort, please make sure it machine washable.

What vaccines does your facility require?

We require Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella at our facility. We also highly recommend the Leptospirosis and canine influenza vaccines.

Are you able to administer medications?

As long as your pet allows us and it will not cause them unnecessary stress, we can give oral meds, eye drops, ear drops, etc.

Does your facility accept aggressive dogs?

While we can handle dogs that have food aggressive tendencies or even dogs who don't like other dogs, our facility is not equipped to handle dogs that are aggressive towards strangers/men/children/humans in general.

Do you require a deposit?

We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all holiday and spring break boarding stays.
