🐾 First-Time Boarding Guide

1. Get Registered

• ✔️ Create an account on KennelBooker

• ✔️ Submit reservation dates.

• ✔️ Share details about your pet’s diet, routines, and personality.

2. Vaccination Records Required

• Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), Bordetella (canine cough)

• Cats: Rabies, FVRCP

• 👉 Email or upload a copy of records or have your vet email them directly prior to stay.

• ⚠️ Pets without proof of current vaccines cannot board.

3. Pack for Comfort

• Bring: Leash & Collar or Harness, Food, Medications (labeled with instructions), Favorite toy, blanket, or machine-washable bed (optional but comforting).

• We Provide: Cots, bowls, blankets, treats, toys, and plenty of love.

4. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• ⏰ Follow our posted boarding hours.

• 💲 Convenience fee applies for early/late arrivals.

• 👋 Allow a few extra minutes at check-in.

5. Extra Notes

• All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at drop-off/pick-up.

• If your pet has special needs, let us know ahead of time

• First-time jitters are normal—most pets settle in quickly!
